We are made for fellowship, connection, dependance upon other believers.

“so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” Romans 12:5

“If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” 1 Corinthians 12:26-27

“Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:25

Opportunities to connect:

LIFE GROUPS – The strength of church community depends on deep and caring relationships within the church.  Our goal is to continually create relevant small group settings for people of all ages in our congregation to connect and build these valuable relationships where sharing, encouragement, discipleship, and accountability can thrive.  There are currently several different small groups available to connect to.

YOUTH GROUPS:  Check out the M.F.C.Y.G. section of the website to find out more about our high school and middle school youth ministries.

MEN’S BREAKFAST: Great conversation with some great men over a plate filled with bacon and other amazing breakfast foods!  The eating starts at 6:30 every Wednesday morning!  Contact melbafriends AT gmail.com for more info.

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY: A weekly gathering to study God’s Word together on Tuesdays at 10am!

FELLOWSHIP DINNERS: After worship on the second Sunday of each month we stay together in the fellowship hall to enjoy a potluck lunch.  This provides a wonderful opportunity to connect deeper with one another.
